Abbey Mews Townhouse is a luxury 4 bedroom self catering holiday home in the heart of Georgian Bath. This enchanting 200 year old townhouse is situated in a medieval cobbled lane just steps away from the Roman Baths and Bath’s magnificent Abbey and a short stroll from the Bath Spa Railway Station.

The Abbey Mews Townhouse is ideal for families, friends and small groups wanting to spend time together in Bath. Sleeping up to 8 persons comfortably this townhouse offers style, privacy, exclusivity and independence during your stay in this World Heritage City.

There are 3 lovely and comfortably furnished double bedrooms with super king beds, which can be split into twin beds at your request and another smaller double bedroom - with a king bed! We also have an additional folding bed available for that pesky extra person.

There is a large family bathroom next to the master bedroom and an additional stylish shower room on the lower ground floor near the smaller double bedroom.

The elegant period Drawing Room provides a delightful space for entertaining or simply relaxing after a hard day of site-seeing and shopping.

You will also be delighted with the stunningly designed kitchen, which is on the lower ground floor and opens into the chic Formal Dining Room. The kitchen also has French Doors which open onto the pretty Georgian courtyard - offering another lovely space in which to relax or entertain.

The Abbey Mews Townhouse was designed originally in the 1700s to accommodate the elite and fashionable of Bath, so you can be assured that this lovely house will be perfect for you now!

This is an amazing home in an amazing location with all its wonderful period features retained alongside modern facilities such as Flat Screen TV, DVD, Stereo and WIFI.

Everything you could possibly require will be in the house, from lovely linens and towels to tea, coffee and cookies. There is plenty of natural light and some of the most amazing sites of Bath are just outside your door

Rates vary for the number of people, the time of year and the length of stay, but always include all utilities and taxes.

There is a two night minimum stay, with a three night minimum on Holiday Weekends.

This is luxury home, but children of all ages are welcome as long as they and their parents are well-behaved.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

DEPOSIT: We will be requiring a deposit of £300 from your credit or debit card to confirm your booking. This deposit will also act as the damage deposit to be refunded after your departure.

YOUR FULL BALANCE will be taken 2 months or 60 days before your arrival date. We will send you another Confirmation at that point to let you know we have taken your balance and to touch base with your arrival plans.

We can take this from your credit or debit card also. Be sure that everyone in your party is aware of this commitment before making your reservation.

YOUR DEPOSIT will be refunded within the week of your departure (usually within 48 hours).

In the unhappy event that you must cancel after you have paid your deposit or your full balance, we will make every effort to rebook the property. If the property is rebooked, your funds will be returned, less a £100 Administration Fee.

However, if the property remains unbooked, you will forfeit these funds paid to us in good faith. It is advisable that you consider holiday insurance to cover this possibility.

NOTE: Please, remember that it is you who will be responsible for the condition of the property when you depart. Make everyone in your party aware of this, and remind them all to be respectful of this splendid home and to leave it in the fine condition in which they found it.

Up to 4 persons: £350 Weekdays £400 Weekends

5 or 6 persons: £400 Weekdays £450 Weekends

7 or 8 persons: £450 Weekdays £550 Weekends

Weekly Rates from £1200 to £1750 per Week
