Daisy's Garden is a delightful 2 bedroom luxury apartment occupying the garden floor of a substantial Victorian residence just around the corner from Great Pulteney Street, which leads to the famous Pulteney Bridge and the Roman Baths. It is a gorgeous period flat that has been newly refurbished and furnished in a graceful and unique period style.

This beautiful apartment has the added benefit of ON-SITE PARKING SPACES as well as exclusive use of Daisy's large garden and patio.

The gracious living room overlooks the garden and patio and has splendid tall ceilings with original cornice work. It is beautifully furnished with 2 elegant sofas and dining space for 6, and of course there is flat screen TV with DVD, as well as stereo with Ipod dock, and of course, WIFI. One of the lovely sofas is also a sturdy and comfortable double sized sofa bed.

There are two bedrooms, one with king sized bed and one with twin beds that can be arranged as a super-king bed on request. Each bedroom is individually styled, with unusual touches that make each one special.

Although there is only one bathroom, it is a sight to behold, gleaming and glamorous, as well as large and stylish - with Jacuzzi bathtub and shower.

There is a handsome and compact kitchen with all mod cons, including washer and dryer, and views to the garden.

Daisy has created a marvelous flat, spacious and bright, with unusual features that really add to its unique ambiance.

Everything you could require will be available in the flat, from lovely linens and towels to specialty teas and coffees, to milk and cookies. There is plenty of natural light and all of Bath is just a stroll away.

RATES:

Rates vary for the time of year and length of stay, but always include all utilities and taxes and, like all our properties, this splendid apartment is totally NON-Smoking!

There is a two night minimum stay, with a three night minimum on Holiday Weekends.

This is luxury flat, but children of all ages are welcome as long as they and their parents are well-behaved.

Rates depend on the day of the week and number of persons

High Season Rates: April 1st to January 3rd and all holiday weekends

£175 to £425 per night - £800 - £1500 per week

Low Season Rates: January 4th to March 31st, excluding holidays

£150 to £350 per night - £700 - £1200 per week

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

We will be requiring a deposit with your reservation. This deposit will act as a Damage Deposit as well as the guarantee of your arrival. Your Full balance will be due on your day of arrival, and which I can also debit from your card. Your Deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of your departure.

In the unhappy event that you must cancel after you have paid your deposit, we will make every effort to rebook the property. If the property is rebooked, your deposit will be returned, less the £50 Administration Fee.
