Emma Goodhart's is a gorgeous 4 story Georgian residence in the foothills close to the centre of Bath. This splendid home offers a retreat from the bustle of Bath, with fresh air and stunning views, while being close enough to the centre for an easy stroll into town.

This is a grand home, with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, several gracious reception rooms, a grand dining room with seating for 14, and amazing views from every part of the house, as well as the lovely garden. The Garden also has an enormous outside seating and dining area, as well as many levels of landscaped beauty.

The owner is also offering a Sunday Sunset package - where you can stay until 6:00 p.m. on Sunday. That way you can take advantage of the Spa, leave your things in the house and pick them up later for an evening departure.

You will be staying in a quieter residential part of Bath, with other beautiful and historic homes with gardens and delightful views, and you will be only a 15 minute walk from the railway station. There is a charming enclave with shops and cafes only a 10 minute's walk from your doorstep.

Everything you could possibly require will be in the house, from wide screen TV and DVD players in several of the rooms, a massive kitchen with AGA and second dining area as well as separate lounge. All linens and towels, teas and coffees are provided. There is plenty of natural light and romantic views from all the windows. The Thermae Bath Spa as well as the Roman Baths are just a short stroll away.

Rates vary for the time of year and the length of stay and number of persons, but always include all taxes and utilities.

There is a two night minimum stay on weekends with a 3 night minimum stay on holiday weekends.
