LA PETITE MAISONETTE is truly a gem of an apartment. Nestled above our offices in Beauford Square, it sits in the very centre of Bath among one of the earliest Georgian terraces.

Inside the maisonette, you will be surrounded by period detail, lovely antiques, unique "Orientalist" styling, beautiful yet comfortable furnishings, along with modern wide-screen TV with DVD, and WIFI in both bedroom and living room.

Spread over two floors, we have a sumptuous Super-king bed in the bedroom, which can be split into twin beds for those who want the extra space. Downstairs in the living room, the lovely sofa becomes a full sized double sofa bed - wonderfully comfortable and affording a good sized sleeping area for two adults or two children.

The views from all the windows are enchanting because Beauford Square is an enchanting and unique part of Bath's ambience. When you stay in La Petite Maisonette, you will find yourself in the very heart of this beautiful little city, for you will be exactly between the famous Queen Square and Bath's remarkable Theatre Royal.

There is a charmingly rustic, but stylish and compact country kitchen with everything you need if you want to stay home and enjoy your period apartment, but if you step outside you will find a plethora of coffee shops, restaurants and pubs, and of course all the great shopping you could possibly imagine is just a stroll away.

In fact, everything Bath has to offer is just a stroll away - or just around the corner. You could not ask for a better location. Everything, from the Jane Austen Centre, to the Roman Baths, is only a five minute stroll away, whilst all the heritage and Georgian architecture for which Bath is so famous is at your doorstep.

PARKING: We have a FREE PARKING PERMIT to park in the central zone near the flat.

RATES: Rates vary for the time of year and the length of stay, but always includes all taxes and utilities.

There is a two night minimum stay on weekends with a 3 night minimum stay on holiday weekends.

High Season Rates: April 1st to January 3rd and all holiday weekends
£150 - £195 per night - £900 per week
Low Season Rates: January 4th to April 1st (excluding holidays)
£125 - £175 per night - £700 per week

Children over 5 years of age and well behaved Pets Welcome

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
We will be requiring a deposit with your reservation. This deposit will act as a guarantee of your arrival. Your balance will be due 6 Weeks before your day of arrival, and which we can also debit from your card.

In the unhappy event that you must cancel after you have paid your deposit, we will make every effort to rebook the property. If the property is rebooked, your deposit will be returned, less the £50 Administration Fee.
