The Penthouse Apartment is a very stylish top floor flat in the heart of Bath, just around the corner from Bath's amazing shopping street, and all the cafes, clubs and restaurants that Bath has to offer.

This chic apartment is in a 200 year old Georgian Building and is furnished in a style that is both elegant and tasteful, with handsome open plan living room, granite topped kitchen and slate floors with underfloor heating. There are amazing views over Bath from the 3 living room windows and a pretty view of city gardens from the bedroom.

There is widescreen television with Satellite in both living room and bedroom, and a kitchen with all mod cons, including washer and dryer. The Penthouse has gorgeous marble bathroom with tub and shower and there is a queen sized bed in the bedroom.

Mind you, there are 3 flights of stairs to climb and no lift, but this smart apartment is definitely worth the effort.

It is literally just around the corner from the main shopping district, the fabulous Assembly Rooms with the famous Museum of Costume, the Building of Bath Museum, the Circus, the Royal Crescent and Jane Austen Centre.

Excellent restaurants, cafes, fantastic shopping, theatre and nightlife are at your doorstep.

Rates vary for the time of year and the length of stay, but always includes all taxes and utilities. There is a two night minimum stay on weekends with a 3 night minimum stay on holiday weekends.

High Season Rates: April 1st to January 3rd and all holiday weekends
£145 - £175 per night - £900 per week
Low Season Rates: January 4th to April 1st (excluding holidays)
£125 - £155 per night - £700 per week

This is a luxury "bachelor and bachelorette" flat, sadly no children or pets are allowed.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

We will be requiring a deposit with your reservation. This deposit will act as a guarantee of your arrival. Your balance will be due on your day of arrival, and which I can also debit from your card.

In the unhappy event that you must cancel after you have paid your deposit, we will make every effort to rebook the property. If the property is rebooked, your deposit will be returned, less the £50 Administration Fee.
