MADISON'S is a chic and modern one bedroom apartment that occupies the right hand side of the ground floor of Charleston House, our grand residence set back behind the long garden that shields the house from the London Road as you enter into the city of Bath.

Madison's features a stylishly decorated open plan living room with modern kitchen and pleasant dining in its bay windows. There is a sleek stone clad shower room with under floor heating and a gracious king bedroom with views out to the lovely back garden.

The Garden is another feature of Madison's and Charleston House, for the guests staying in Madison's have exclusive use of the pretty Summerhouse at the back of the Garden.

The apartment itself features wood floors, high ceilings, original cornicing and period fireplaces, along with widescreen TV and WIFI. For that extra couple or child, there is a sturdy sleep sofa in the main room.

RATES and DETAILS:

Rates vary for the time of year and length of stay, but always include all utilities and taxes and, like all our properties, this fabulous apartment is totally NON-Smoking!

There is a two night minimum stay, with a three night minimum on Holiday Weekends.

Although this is luxury flat, it is suitable for babies and toddlers

High Season Rates: April 1st to January 3rd and all holiday weekends
£150 - £175 per night - £800 to £1000 per week
Low Season Rates: January 4th to March 31st (excluding holidays)
£125 - £155 per night - £600 to £700 per week

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

We will be requiring a £100 deposit with your reservation. This deposit will act as a guarantee of your arrival. Your balance will be due 6 weeks before your day of arrival, and which we can also debit from your card.

We will hold your card details as insurance against any damage, which we do not expect, but just to remind you that you are the one who will be responsible for the condition of the property when you depart. Try to make everyone in your party aware that they must be respectful of the neighbours as well as our property and to leave everything in good condition.

In the unhappy event that you must cancel after you have paid your deposit, we will make every effort to rebook the property. If the property is rebooked, your deposit will be returned, less the £50 Administration Fee.
