Maggie's Studio is a pretty one room studio apartment on the ground floor of Maggie's House, a substantial early Victorian residence near Great Pulteney Street.

It is the flat above Daisy's Garden and is often rented in combination with Daisy's to provide separate, but nearby accommodation. By itself, it is undeniably romantic, with it's unique decor, black and gold wrought iron bed and soaring windows.

There is a cosy and delightful kitchen, impressive double bed, sitting and dining area, bathroom with shower, and a marvelous widescreen TV with Sky as well as wifi. Everything you could desire is provided in this apartment and you are within a short level stroll of all that Bath has to offer.

Maggie's has views overlooking the Rugby grounds as well as the magnificent Bath Abbey.

PARKING: There is on site parking for 1 car!

Rates vary for the time of year and the length of stay, but always include all taxes and utilities. There is a two night minimum stay with a 3 night minimum stay on holiday weekends.

High Season Rates: April 1st to January 2nd and all holidays & weekends
£115 - £135 per night - £700 to £800 per week
Low Season Rates: January 3rd to March 31st excluding holidays & weekends
£95 - £130 per night - £500 to £600 per week

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
We will be requiring a £100 deposit with your reservation. This deposit will act as a guarantee of your arrival. Your balance will be due on your day of arrival, and which I can also debit from your card.

In the unhappy event that you must cancel after you have paid your deposit, we will make every effort to rebook the property. If the property is rebooked, your deposit will be returned, less the £50 Administration Fee.
