The Abbey Flat is a romantic one bedroom apartment on the top floor of the remarkable Abbey house, situated right next door to the Roman Baths in the very heart of Bath!!! Fortunately, there is a gracious stairway leading you up to the flat with many little landings so that the climb does not feel arduous.

Abbey Flat has a bright kitchen, a charming bathroom with shower, a book lined living room, and pretty bedroom with double bed. The rooms are charming, with great views and are uniquely furnished with many quirky touches. It is very Bohemian - and most of all: Romantic!

Overlooking the Baths and Pumproom is the Abbey itself, a beautiful fan-vaulted Cathedral, which gives the area surrounding the Abbey its name - the Abbey Courtyard.

The Abbey Flat is located in Abbey House, an historic Georgian building which once housed visitors to the Cathedral. Abbey House overlooks Abbey Green, which opens onto the old medieval streets that run alongside the Abbey and the Roman Baths.

You can either cook your own breakfast or step down to the Abbey Courtyard and take your pick of the many many lovely restaurants near by. You will be exactly in the centre of Bath and everything you can imagine is at your doorstep.

This is a special apartment in a unique location. Only couples and single persons can stay here. Sadly, no children or pets are allowed.

Rates vary for the time of year and the length of stay, but always include all taxes and utilities. There is a two night minimum stay on weekends with a 3 night minimum stay on holiday weekends.

High Season Rates: April 1st to January 3rd and all holiday weekends
£95 - £125 per night - £700 per week
Low Season Rates: January 4th to April 1st (excluding holidays)
£95 - 115 per night - £450 - £600 per week

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

We will be requiring a deposit with your reservation. This deposit will act as a guarantee of your arrival. Your balance will be due on your day of arrival, and which I can also debit from your card.

In the unhappy event that you must cancel after you have paid your deposit, we will make every effort to rebook the property. If the property is rebooked, your deposit will be returned, less the £50 Administration Fee.
