Enjoy a country cottage in the city! This charming mews cottage is called the Coach House, because it is an actual stone coach house recently refurbished and modernized. It is part of Sydney Mews, which lies behind the substantial Georgian Houses of Sydney Place, just across the road from where Jane Austen once lived, at the top of Great Pulteney Street.

The Coach House makes an ideal holiday retreat for families and group get-togethers. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 with double beds, one with twin beds and one with single bed. There are also 2 modern and stylish shower rooms.

This cottage is spread over two floors, with lounge and kitchen, two bedrooms and one bathroom on the first floor and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor.

The Coach House sitting room is lovely, light and airy, both pretty and comfortable, with vaulted ceiling, handsome stonework, widescreen TV and DVD as well as CD player. The beautiful cottage-style kitchen has a large breakfasting and dining area.

Best of all, for those fine Bath days, there is a lovely private garden and patio to entertain in.

Excellent Restaurants, fantastic shopping, theatre and nightlife is a short stroll away.

PARKING: If you do arrive by car, there is a FREE PARKING space just in front of the cottage and an additional space available for rent.

Rates vary for the time of year and the length of stay, but always include all taxes and utilities. There is a two night minimum stay and a 3 night minimum stay on holiday weekends.

High Season Rates: April 1st to January 3rd and all holiday weekends
£250 - £450 per night - £1650 per week
Low Season Rates: January 4th to March 31st (excluding holidays)
£250 - £300 per night - £1200 per week

Children are welcome as long as they and their parents are well behaved!

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
We will be requiring a deposit with your reservation. This deposit will act as a guarantee of your arrival. Your balance will be due on your day of arrival, and which I can also debit from your card.

In the unhappy event that you must cancel after you have paid your deposit, we will make every effort to rebook the property. If the property is rebooked, your deposit will be returned, less the £50 Administration Fee.
