THE HAMPTONS is the handsome creation of Dez and Deb McCormick, who have taken the wonderful Charleston House and created 4 stunning flats, each one more amazing than the next.

This apartment is a spacious two bedroom apartment spread over the entire first floor of Charleston House. It features two king bedded rooms, one with en-suite shower room and one which has a super king bed that can be split into twin beds if needed, and a pretty daybed for that pesky extra guest or child. You can comfortably sleep 5 in The Hamptons.

There is an startlingly modern kitchen which opens onto the balcony, with the gracious sitting room and dining room next door. There is plenty of seating for civilised entertaining in this lovely sitting room.

There are fantastic views over Bath from every window and the views inside are pretty spectacular also, as the decor is sublime.

A special attraction is the grand shower room with steps down to the glass encased bathroom. There is underfloor heating in all the stone clad shower rooms as an extra little luxury.

The Hamptons is a beautiful and comfortably large apartment, perfect for friends or family traveling together.

RATES and DETAILS:

Rates vary for the time of year and length of stay, but always include all utilities and taxes and, like all our properties, this fabulous apartment is totally NON-Smoking!

There is a two night minimum stay, with a three night minimum on Holiday Weekends.

Although this is luxury flat, it is suitable for babies and children as long as they and their parents are well behaved!

High Season Rates: April 1st to January 3rd and all holiday weekends
£195 - £350 per night - £1000 to £1500 per week
Low Season Rates: January 4th to March 31st (excluding holidays)
£175 - £300 per night - £900 to £1200 per week

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

We will need a credit or Debit Card to Confirm your Reservation:

DEPOSIT: We will be taking a deposit with your reservation which will be debited from your Credit/Debit card, and we will take your balance the same way 6 weeks before your arrival.

We will hold your card details as insurance against any damage, which we do not expect, but just to remind you that you are the one who will be responsible for the condition of the property when you depart. Try to make everyone in your party aware that they must be respectful of the neighbours as well as our property and to leave everything in good condition.
BALANCE: YOUR FULL BALANCE will be taken 6 weeks before arrival.

We will take this from your credit or debit card also.

CANCELLATION: In the unhappy event that you must cancel after you have paid your deposit or your full balance, we will make every effort to rebook the property. If the property is rebooked, your funds will be returned, less a £50 Administration Fee.

However, if the property remains unbooked, you will forfeit these funds paid to us in good faith.
