THE PARAGON is a luxury self-catering Townhouse in the very centre of Bath with 4 gorgeous bedrooms, amazing views from every window and space to graciously entertain a 10 person gathering.

This is a uniquely historic building set at the end of the famous Paragon, a curving terrace of Georgian townhouses that lead you to some of the most wonderful shopping and dining in all of England - and it is only a short stroll to the Roman Baths and Bath’s magnificent Abbey.

The Paragon Luxury Townhouse is ideal for gatherings of friends and small groups wanting to spend time together in this World Heritage City.

BEDS: There are 4 beautifully furnished bedrooms, comfortably set up to sleep 10 persons in either twin or kingsized beds.

BATHROOMS: There is one large family bathroom, one ensuite shower room, 1 stylish wet room and a cloak room.

The elegant period Drawing Room looks out over the streets of Bath and provides a delightful space for entertaining or simply relaxing after a hard day of site-seeing and shopping. A small enclosed seating area is right outside the front door, with historic benches where many of the denizens of Bath have sipped their champagne in the cool of the evening.

You will also be delighted with the stunningly designed kitchen, which is on the lower ground floor and opens from the lovely Formal Dining Room.

This is an fabulous house in an amazing location with all its wonderful period features retained alongside modern facilities such as Flat Screen TV, DVD, Stereo and WIFI.

Remember though, that this is unique dwelling with many quirky features. *NOTE* The staircase is quite narrow and winding, so bear this in mind if you have small children or guests with mobility issues.

Everything you could possibly require will be in the house, from lovely linens and towels to tea, coffee and cookies. There is plenty of natural light and some of the most amazing views you could hope to see, while the many heritage sites of Bath are just outside your door

PARKING: We have one FREE PARKING PERMIT to park one vehicle in the central zone near the house.

RATES: Rates vary for the number of people, the time of year and the length of stay, but always include all utilities and taxes.

There is a two night minimum stay, with a three night minimum on Holiday Weekends.

Up to 6 Persons per Nt: £350 Weekdays - £450 Weekends

Up to 8 Persons per Nt: £400 Weekdays - £550 Weekends

UP to 10 Persons per Nt: £500 Weekdays - £700 Weekends

Weekly Rates from £1800 to £2400 per Week

SPECIAL DISCOUNTS FOR LONG STAYS AND FOR ARTISTS, ACTORS AND MUSICIANS PERFORMING IN THE AREA.

This is luxury home, but older children of 10 years and above are welcome as long as they and their parents are well-behaved.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

DEPOSIT: We will be requiring a deposit of £300 from your credit or debit card to confirm your booking. This deposit will also act as the damage deposit to be refunded after your departure.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: By “Damage”, we mean not only the physical damage to the property, but also damage caused by irresponsible behavior that sullies our reputation as an elegant holiday rental in the city of Bath. We need you to be considerate of your neighbours and not to make unnecessary noise or play loud music after 11:00 PM. Try to make everyone in your party away that they must be respectful and leave the property and its reputation in good condition.

YOUR FULL BALANCE will be taken 2 months or 60 days before your arrival date. We will send you another Confirmation at that point to let you know we have taken your balance and to touch base with your arrival plans.

We can take this from your credit or debit card also. Be sure that everyone in your party is aware of this commitment before making your reservation.

YOUR DEPOSIT will be refunded within the week of your departure (usually within 72 hours).

In the unhappy event that you must cancel after you have paid your deposit or your full balance, we will make every effort to rebook the property. If the property is rebooked, your funds will be returned, less a £100 Administration Fee.

However, if the property remains unbooked, you will forfeit these funds paid to us in good faith. It is advisable that you consider holiday insurance to cover this possibility.

NOTE: Please, remember that it is you who will be responsible for the condition of the property when you depart. Make everyone in your party aware of this, and remind them all to be respectful of this splendid home and to leave it in the fine condition in which they found it.
