THE PENTHOUSE is a glamorous top floor flat in an amazing location overlooking the Roman Baths and the Abbey Courtyard in the very VERY centre of Bath. It has views over the Baths themselves and down to the cobbled streets of this ancient and colourful area of Bath.

This apartment has a stunning black and white kitchen which has all the modern conveniences, including dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. With its beautiful black marble surfaces, it is a pleasure to cook in and features views to the Abbey.

The beamed lounge has gracious leather sofas and adjoins the stylish dining area with glass table. There is plenty of room to comfortably seat up to 8 guests. Naturally, there is also widescreen TV, DVD & Wifi.

BEDS: There are 2 spacious bedrooms, both with super-king beds that are usually split into twin beds. The larger bedroom has a cunningly designed sofa bed, but it is a bit too cunning, and it is a squeeze for 2 to share. There is another sofa bed in the lounge - so we can actually sleep up to 8 guests in The Penthouse at a squeeze.

BATHROOMS: 1 family bathroom with toilet and Victorian hand shower and one en-suite shower room with toilet.

PARKING: Guests will need to use the nearby long stay Car Park at Manvers Street which costs £12 for 24 hours.

RATES: Rates vary for the Number of guests staying and the length of stay, but always include all taxes and utilities.

There is a 2 night minimum stay in all our properties!

NOTE: 3 DAY MINIMUM ON BANK HOLIDAYS

2 or 4 persons: £250 - £275 per night - £1200 to £1300 per week
5 or 6 persons: £300 - £325 per night - £1350 to £1400 per week

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY: We will be requiring a deposit with your reservation. Naturally, your deposit can be debited from your Credit/Debit card, and we can take your balance the same way 6 Weeks before your arrival.

We will hold your card details as insurance against any damage, which we do not expect, but just to remind you that you are the one who will be responsible for the condition of the property when you depart. Try to make everyone in your party aware that they must be respectful of the neighbours as well as our property and to leave everything in good condition.

CANCELLATION:

In the unhappy event that you must cancel after you have paid your deposit, we will make every effort to rebook the property. If the property is rebooked, your deposit will be returned, less the £100 Administration Fee.
