THE SOHO SUITE is one of the most stunning creations of Deb and Dez McCormick. This is an astonishingly stylish one bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a grand residence set back behind a secluded garden off the London Road as you enter the city of Bath.
Unique in every way, The Soho Suite boasts a super modern open plan kitchen with the most amazing colour scheme in the spacious bay windowed lounge. There is also a stone clad wet room with underfloor heating, and a gorgeous and grand king-bedded room with french doors that open onto your own private garden space.
The decor is truly amazing and the furnishings sparkle amidst the original Georgian features of the property which include the original full height "Wedding Doors" that separate the sitting room and bedroom, Georgian fireplaces and beautiful bay windows.

RATES and DETAILS:
Rates vary for the time of year and length of stay, but always include all utilities and taxes and, like all our properties, this fabulous apartment is totally NON-Smoking!
There is a two night minimum stay, with a three night minimum on Holiday Weekends.
This is luxury flat and is not equipped for babies or toddlers

- High Season Rates: April 1st to January 3rd and all holiday weekends
£135 - £160 per night - £800 to £1000 per week - Low Season Rates: January 4th to March 31st (excluding holidays)
£125 - £150 per night - £700 to £900 per week
RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
We will be requiring a £100 deposit with your reservation. This deposit will act as a guarantee of your arrival. Your balance will be due 6 Weeks before your day of arrival, and which we can also debit from your card.
We will hold your card details as insurance against any damage, which we do not expect, but just to remind you that you are the one who will be responsible for the condition of the property when you depart. Try to make everyone in your party aware that they must be respectful of the neighbours as well as our property and to leave everything in good condition.
In the unhappy event that you must cancel after you have paid your deposit, we will make every effort to rebook the property. If the property is rebooked, your deposit will be returned, less the £50 Administration Fee.
