This one bedroom apartment has a chic living room/dining room with views over the roof tops and an astonishing view of the Bath Abbey. There are lovely wood floors throughout the flat and naturally, wide screen Television, DVD and WIFI.
The bathroom has both tub and shower and the compact kitchen has all mod cons. Conveniently, the flat also has a washer and tumble dryer!
The double bedroom is spacious and beautiful with another lovely roof top view and the living room, with its elegant modern furnishings provides a wonderful space for an evenings retreat.
You will be in the very centre of Bath with excellent restaurants, cafes, theatres, museums, cycle paths, hill walking, heritage sites, as well as fantastic shopping all around you. Everything you can imagine is at your doorstep.

Rates vary for the time of year and the length of stay, but always includes all taxes and utilities. There is a two night minimum stay on weekends with a 3 night minimum stay on holiday weekends.
- High Season Rates: April 1st to January 3rd and all holiday weekends
£125 - £155 per night - £800 per week - Low Season Rates: January 4th to April 1st (excluding holidays)
£95 - £135 per night - £600 per week - Only children over 10 years of age
RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
We will be requiring a deposit with your reservation. This deposit will act as a guarantee of your arrival. Your balance will be due on your day of arrival, and which I can also debit from your card.
In the unhappy event that you must cancel after you have paid your deposit, we will make every effort to rebook the property. If the property is rebooked, your deposit will be returned, less the £50 Administration Fee.
