The Weston Grange Retreat is a luxury ground floor apartment in a grand Victorian residence that has been converted into flats. It is secluded in a leafy neighbourhood of Bath called Weston. This neighbourhood lies beneath a hillside pasture that leads to the base of the Cotswold Way, yet is only a 20 minute level walk to the centre of Bath or a £3 cab ride.
This is an elegantly furnished 2 bedroom apartment with a grand living room that combines tasteful furnishings with modern technology, from flat screen TV and wifi to Bang & Olufsen Stereo. There are 2 double bedrooms, an amazing bathroom with stylish wet room and power shower, a private terrace and 2 private parking space on site.
The Kitchen is both handsome and well equipped and there is ample dining space in the lounge. With wood floors throughout, beautiful period features and original windows, the apartment provides a perfect retreat from a hard day of shopping or sight seeing.
There is a 2 night minimum stay with a 3 night minimum stay on all holidays and Bank Holidays.
Rates as follows:
- Weekday Stays: Monday through Thursday
£140 per night - Weekend Stays & Holidays: Friday, Saturday & Sunday
£160 per night - £910 per Week
- All Rates are for 2 to 4 persons staying
RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
The Full Tariff is taken at the time of booking. Your credit or debit card details are accepted and held on record as a damage waiver until your departure.
Transactions will appear as "The Old House at Home" on your statements.
Arrival Time is 3:00 pm and Departure Time is 11:00 am.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations more than 1 month prior to arrival - No Charge
Cancellations less than 1 month prior to arrival and No Shows - Your credit card will be charged for the full amount if cancelling within 1 month of your arrival.

DAMAGE WAIVER:
Please remember that it is you who will be responsible for the condition of the property when you depart. Try to make everyone in your party away that they must be respectful and leave the property in good condition.
Sadly, no Children under 8 years old or pets of any age accepted.
