Just wanted to email to say thank you for recommending and letting us have use of the beautiful apartment Juliet’s Balcony for the weekend of 11 to 13 June. We had a fantastic weekend and really enjoyed our stay in Bath (really didn’t want to leave). The apartment was all you had stated and more and I am already recommending it to friends and colleagues. Perfect location, really central for visiting everything that Bath has to offer. It is such a great city, loads to see and do. I even got to ring the bell in the Abbey during our tour of the tower.

Thank you for Megan’s really friendly and helpful welcome and also for all the supplies, it was great to have everything we needed to enjoy our stay and we hope to return again soon.

This apartment couldn't be more central and was lovely for my partner and I. There are 5 flights of stairs but for us that just meant that it felt like a peaceful sanctury from the hustle and bustle of the streets below.
The decor was clean, modern but still with character and overall very spacious considering its only for 2 people. All the equipment you need, the kitchen is there if you want it but with all the temptation of the city we only used the kettle! However, there is the opportunity to cook if you so wish.
We plan to stay there whenever we return to Bath. It was one of those places that you'd quite like to own as a weekend retreat...

Many thanks for your fabulous attention to detail at Beau View. Mum had a magical 80th birthday as evidenced by my call begging for an extra night! Fabulous location, elegant rooms and so relaxing. I/we wouldn\'t even contemplate staying in a hotel in future not even the one next door!! This was just so much better. Hope to have the opportunity to revisit a little bit of paradise in the not too distant future.

We absoultly loved our stay at Lauras apartments. The apartments are in a perfect location and beautiful may i add. The perfect place for a city break or like me to take your man. Our apartment was on the top floor, quaint, unique, cute and very homely. It was so nice to arrived and not to worry about going out to get milk for tea or even breakfast, that had all been sorted for us. Actually thoughout the apartment eveything had been planned very considerately. Loved the stay and we met laura who is so lovely and very helpful. We can't wait to stay in Lauras other apartments!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Laura's apartments. On arrival, there were fresh chocolate croissants and cookies along with milk for our coffee/tea. Very thoughtful. Simon met us and gave us the low-down on the best Fish & Chips and breakfasts in town. We would highly recommend the Beau Nash for a great breakfast. The Crystal Palace is a cute, clean, cozy and warm apartment that we really enjoyed coming back to at the end of each day. It's perfectly central to everything, and very close to Marks & Spencer to stock up on snacks and beverages for our evenings. There's a cute little tea shop in the courtyard, and we were right next to the Roman baths. We arrived at 2 pm, met Simon, and managed to tour the Baths and walk all around Bath by the end of the day. That's how convenient the location is. We would definitely consider staying here again, if we return to Bath.

Beautifully appointed, very comfortable one bedroom flat with double sofa bed in lounge. Laura was kind enough to provide a travel cot , baby bedding and a foldaway bed for our two year old who really enjoyed the spacious flat. Its pretty child friendly, spacious, carpeted, no sharp corners etc. Kitchen is modern has everything you need for meal prep. Rosa who let us into the accomodation also thoughtfully provided milk and croissants for the weary travellers - a lovely experience all round. Excellent location - under five minutes walk to the main attractions, shopping etc.

Stayed the Easter weekend in the Abbey Green studio apartment with my wife and two young kids. A great little place, right in the centre of town - 2 minutes from the Thermae bath, and 30 seconds from the Roman Baths. Parking is a bit of a pain - the nearby long-stay is pay and display - but other than that the accommodation is a great option for families or a couple looking to explore Bath's restaurants and attractions on foot.

Fantastic accommodation in wonderful Bath
I stayed in the Abbey View apartment with my two teenage daughters and we really couldn't fault anything about our stay. From the moment i made the booking the customer service was fantastic, with Laura speedily answering any queries I had. The apartment is in a brilliant location right in the centre of Bath with everything on your doorstep. I thoroughly recommend these apartments and will definitely be returning.

Enjoyed the stay here. Its very central for eating and the shops. 3 flights of stairs to the top floor but well worth the climb. Its a comfortable apartment right in the centre of town.

We stayed at Laura's Townhouse Appartments Abbey Flat which was a lovely cosy and romantic flat that I just loved. We fell in love with the place quite quickly and were delighted with both the both the tea house town right next door to the flat and its central location in Bath, which made everything so close. Really enjoyed our time and will certainly be booking with them again when we go back to Bath.

We had a very comfortable stay with Laura's Apartments. Excellent customer service and the ideal location for a short city break. Our two young kids (both <10yrs old) were more than happy sleeping on the sofa bed and enjoyed what Bath had to offer - Fashion Museum, Bath Abbey, Roman Baths - all with children's activities to add to the enjoyment. Recommended.

Spotless and comfortable flat in a brilliant location. So much better than a hotel with a baby as we could have dinner in the room next door while she slept. Good for imagining being Lizzie Bennett with its high ceilings and huge windows. Would definitely recommend.

The Townhouse was situated in the City Centre and provided easy access to Bath's shops, restaurants and the Spa. We all really felt at home in the townhouse with its elegant fixtures and fittings.
I would recommend this property to anyone. Well worth the money and accommodated our group of 7 very comfortably.

stayed for family weekend away, accomodation was great, was e mailed contact numbers and directions in advacne and met at the appartment, great customerservice.
selection of teas, coffees, milk, cereals and even pastrys ready for breackfast provided. free and safe parking, walking distance to central bath and tourist attractions, everything you could need even washing machine and jacizi bath. absolutly loved it! Couldn't quite belive it till I saw it for myself

All of us were really impressed, 2 of us had seen photos on line but in real life the place was even nicer than we expected. the other 2 of us knew nothing other than it was a 2 bedroom flat and they were very impressed.
we loved the place and realy enjoyed spending time there,

What a shock when we got to London at a regular hotel. Tiny room, little view, no refrigerator with milk and cookies. Rosa was lovely and even though we didn't need anything while we were there, I felt confident that she would be able to handle anything we would have needed. I love Bath, and will be coming back again someday. Please stay in business, I will stay with you again. If you could get a hold of a few places in London, that would be great too!

Great Weekend in Bath
Number 2 Circus Mews is a really great location for staying in Bath, lovely and quiet but close enough to walk to the town centre shops and pop out for lunch and dinner. Property was nice size and with two toddlers very good value for money compared to staying in a suite or having two interconnecting rooms at any local hotel. Having a parking space right outside your back door is also a major plus point when you want to load or unload the car. Other good points: good shower, nice and powerful, big bath for the children, second bedroom was large enough for a single bed and a cot so both our children stayed in there, curtains in bedrooms actually stop the light coming in (not always a given even in so called 5* hotels), modern central heating kept things nice and cosy, hot water never runs out, James was very friendly went he met me at the property.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay at Mews Cottage. We had a fantastic holiday in Bath and the accommodation was everything we hoped it would be.
As per your recommendation we ate at the Italian above Waitrose, The Piazza, and Jack loved looking at the fish in the fountain.
My sister allowed us a night out and looked after Jack for us so that we also able to try the Lebanese restaurant, Arabesque, which was also worthy of your recommendation.

Right n the center of it all. The apartment was fantastic - bathroom gorgeous with lots of hot water & some milk & croissants for breakfast . Attention to detail in decor makes it feel welcoming. Lovely view of The Bath Abbey from the kitchen & bell chiming gorgeous. Will stay here again when in Bath.

The Abbey studio Flat was fantastic. As we have a new baby, the prospect of having a kitchen, separate rooms and all the other mod-cons was much better than a hotel room. The apartment was very clean and full of everything we needed. But best of all, which really stood out was the little things, like having fresh milk and butter in the fridge, cereals, proper tea and coffee, not the one cup packets, washing liquids and powder, DVD\'s and CD\'s and so much more. These little things really showed how much you care about how your guests are while staying in your flats. i would definatley use your flats again next time we visit our friends in Bath.

Laura's Townhouse Apartments are simply superb!
Location is amazing (about 1 minute from the Abbey and Roman Baths), and the apartment was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. In comparison with hotels in the City Centre, this place offers great value.
The facilities and attention to detail are second to none, and the little touches (like complimentary pastries when you arrive!) really show a touch of class.
Myself and my partner fell in love with Bath, and Laura's Townhouse Appartments. and we cannot wait to return.

Wonderful accomadation. Would recomend it to anyone who wants a peaceful quiet time. Only 15 minutes on bus into Bath Town; bus runs every 15 minutes right across the road from the Coach House.

We stayed in the Penthouse in Bath and I can't recommend it highly emough, the quality of the place is excellent and great thought has been put into all the fittings and services.
It's situated right in the heart of Bath and everything is on your door step - one advantage of climbing the four flights of stairs is you are away from the street sounds of the busy city centre too!

The Abbey Flat
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here over New Year. The flat was located on the top floor of a townhouse right in the centre of Bath making it extremely easy to get to most if not all of the tourist attractions on foot - the Roman Baths are literally round the corner.
The flat itself had everything you would expect with the bonus of a very comprehensively stacked bookshelf.
Although we didn't ask, we suspect that the flat is privately rented to a student or lecturer during university term times and then as a holiday let outside of this as we found the odd sign of long term occupation here and there - although this in no way detracted from our stay.
The level of service we received was also excellent - Laura contacted us on several occasions prior to our arrival and was there to meet us when we got there to help us settle in.
All in all we would definitely stay here again.

My partner and I spent the weekend in Bath (for the xmas market) the location of the Abbey Flat could not have been better and we loved the cute and quirkyness of the flat. Laura and Erica were fab (as we were a little delayed getting into Bath) the contact was great. Milk,tea,coffee were all there for us to use (which was handy when you've been travelling and it's cold and all you want is a nice cup of tea)

Mews Cottage
We stayed at the Mews Cottage, which in contrary to some of the reviews previous to this, is very very close to the city centre, while still allowing a sense of escape upon return to the cottage. Amazing views, amazingly well stocked. A great overall experience. Laura was very kind and picked us up personally from the train station, dropping us at the Cottage.
We enjoyed our stay so much we stayed for an additional day. We'll definitely be back soon!

Had a really nice weekend in Bath and would recommend Laura's to anyone. I got lost in the one way systems in Bath and phoned Laura to ask directions, her husband actually came to find us and help us to the apartment and then helped carry our stuff in too. He was very friendly and gave us plenty of recommendations of where to eat and drink over the weekend....which were also spot on. The accommodtion was spacious, very clean and had a lovely qaint townhouse feel to it with lots of nice little touches. Felt very homely. Couldnt fault the apartment, the setting or the people. Brilliant!

Just wanted to let you know how much Liz and I enjoyed our stay in Bath. I meant to leave a note when we left the flat but simply forgot to do so. The flat was lovely, a great location, and our stay was great. We walked and walked but I know we still missed lots! What a beautiful town! I was amazed at how many people there were around (I had expected it to be a quiet little place!) but everyone seemed to disappear for mostly quiet evenings. Liz and I had some great meals and did get to a couple of the restaurants you suggested. Thanks again for the breakfast goodies - we enjoyed them all.

I also wanted to say thank you for letting me know about this wonderful house and for making the booking so easy. It was such a perfect venue for our weekend. Everyone was so impressed by the house (I took great pleasure in answering the door and showing people around just to see their faces!) and it is so well situated for town. Thank you also for the milk, tea, biscuits, pastries etc – it was just what we needed after our trip. In fact, the only down side I can see from this whole weekend is that we couldn’t stay longer and that the house will no longer be available once the family return from Italy!

Emma Goodharts House...WOW! I wanted to say how fantastic the house was, it totally exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were beautiful and spacious and had everything we needed. I've been so busy since getting back that I hadn't gotten round to thanking you for preparing the flats for us all. Everyone absolutely adored them and were very greatful of all the biscuits! Flat 1 was used to gather everyone before going out so it was probably the messiest but I hope that all was in order when returned. Lucy and I had a lovely time, the flat is so central it was great and we would definitely stay there again, and recommend it to anyone we know visiting Bath. Lucy loved Bath so much she has decided (aged 17) that she is going to bath with her closest friends for her hen party before she gets married!

I just wanted to say a quick 'thank you' for a fantastic weekend at Marie Gots townhouse. The house is absolutely stunning and the warm welcome, attention to detail and high standard of the accommodation was massively appreciated by our party. The location is superb, the food, wine and toiletries were a lovely touch and it was so nice to come into a home with candles, soft music and heated! I can't rave about it enough. Everyone we dealt with during our visit was friendly and helpful and we felt right at home in Bath. Thank you very much. We will definitely be back and will recommend it to friends (although not too many, we wouldn't want it to not be free next time we want to visit!)

Just a note to let you know how much we enjoyed our brief stay in Tetbury at the weekend. It was lovely. Warm and comfortable, and excitingly quirky. Great fun! We would def love to stay again one day. This was the first time that we had tried self-catering, and we appreciated the experience. Warm regards.

We had a great time thank you and shall definatly be back very soon. The flat was absolutley beautiful and in an ideal location.... central but lovely and quiet of a night. neither of us wanted to leave and had i not booked to go to Justin Timberlake last night we would have loved to stay for the week. Anyway Laura thanks again for our lovely stay and your great recommendations, we ate in mai thai and the jazz cafe and we look forward to seeing you again soon.

Just a quick note to thank you very much for your kind hospitality when you greeted us in Bath. We had a fab time at our son's graduation and the apartment was superb! It was very luxurious and the location couldn't have been better as the graduation ceremony was held at the Abbey. The flat offered us absolutely everything we needed - a home from home indeed. Just to let you know we really enjoyed our weekend in Bath! The flat exceeded our expectations and was very comfortable. Our children were fascinated by the street magician who failed to decapitate his volunteers two nights running on Abbey Green! And yes, we sampled and enjoyed the Italian ice creams! Hi Laura - we've had a fab time here and in fact we really want to stay longer, but must get back to work! We'll be setting off tomorrow about midday. Thank you so much for taking the time to help us locate accommodations for a weekend in Bath during the high season. Being unfamiliar with England, we hadn’t anticipated that Bath would be such a popular weekend destination. After dragging our bags through the subway system in both London and Paris, it was a nice change of pace to have someone meet us at the train station and transport our luggage. We appreciated the tour of Bath and all the advice of places to see and possible restaurants that you gave us that first day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at both the Weston Lodge and the Abbey Green Apartment. Thank you again for providing us transportation to and from the Weston Lodge and moving our luggage from Weston to Abbey Green. It’s extra services like that which really made the difference for our vacation. The décor and amenities at both properties are top-notch. My daughters were in rapture over the décor at both places and proclaimed that the Weston Lodge was the best place that we had stayed at for our entire 3 ½ week vacation. My husband and I really enjoyed the central location of Abbey Green, it was nice to have a Marks and Spencer right across the square. We will definitely recommend your services to any of our friends traveling to Bath.
